At Smeg, we take pride in our Italian heritage and product quality, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused appliance in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original Smeg box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for large appliances.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for condition and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
